That "just right " for those higher shelves
It's great if your have good strength in your feet, thighs and no knee problems. My husband has no problem, but I have a drop foot and have lost thigh strength. A bit too hard for me even though I am only120 lb's and a midget of 5'4". if that wasn't a problem, this is a perfect one step solution.
