I would say that our account managers are very helpful in understanding what we do as well how to market it! They have been able to provide us great insights into new marketing channels for growth opportunities within their territory (and beyond). And they're always willing to listen when feedback is provided -- so thank them from me!! The only thing about this service provider at R&R was its pricing model; which didn't allow discounts given by other providers who were offering much lower rates than theirs did.
