I like that this is an online platform for my business to communicate with clients, as well as send them information about their account (e-Statements). There are times when it does not work properly or goes down at least once per week which can be very frustrating if you rely heavily on your software/platforms emailing capability! If there were more platforms available then maybe we would have less issues but they do offer some great products so its worth looking into. We use our e-statements system almost daily in order to ensure all of our customers receive timely statements from us regarding any changes made to payment options within their accounts. The benefits include being able to easily access these documents via mobile devices, computers etc., while also ensuring customer safety by allowing only authorized individuals to view the document. As stated above, sometimes emails will go through twice.
