They don't dissolve like they should... we noticed a few in the dissolved little blue bags the last time we flushed the tank. So I did an experiment and found that the packets didn't dissolve. After staying in a bucket of water for 24 hours, the bag remained intact and the water is still clear. Don't use them, they will clog your tank. I'm switching to Tide Pods with down. They dissolve completely, keeping your aquarium clean, and their fresh and fluffy scent softens the water, making it less sticky. FYI, these are storage tanks, not sewage treatment plants, so bacteria are the enemy (they cause all the bad smells). Bacteria are vital for septic tanks, but not for RVs. Do yourself a favor and do a little research.
