Review on 10-Foot Black 16AWG Male to Male Cable Cord - Monoprice Premier Series (TRS) with Gold Plated Connectors by Michael Rosario

This is a TRS TRS jack. The connectors use gold, which is always nice. The cable itself is very thick, much thicker than a standard cable; I personally like it, but some might not like the difference. The connectors themselves are nice to the touch and the spring clips at each end are always good. My only complaint is that the Monoprice clogs the solder joints with some sort of plastic. I'd rather leave it open in case it ever needs servicing. However, if you really like these cables, Monoprice also sells the cable and connectors separately. Edit: After only 1.5 weeks of use, the cable started adding electrical clicks/crackles. I do not recommend them for studio use.
