Review on Anaconex by Allen Hart

We used this software as part payment gateway in our ecommerce website which was hosted by them using their API integration service provider (API).

It worked great but suddenly they stopped working without any notice or explanation why? They have no support team who can help you solve problems even after paying huge amount fees! I recommend anyone NOT TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. The main problem i faced while integrating it into my site were:-1) Their customer care executive never helped me when needed2.) When there's some error occurred during processing payments through paypal api3.). Sometimes if user has more than one account then he/she will be redirected back again4.) Paying fee should always match exactly what mentioned under FAQ section5.) There shouldn't exist multiple versions available6.),7.,8..etc.
