These cones are exactly as advertised. Beautiful, bright green, stands 12" tall and ideal for sports such as agility field marking, makeshift soccer goals and other imaginative play. . My 4 year old used an upside down one this weekend to house a snail he wanted to befriend. They aren't heavy and don't work as serious parking cones or for semi-permanent positioning as some cones are used, but they can definitely demarcate an area temporarily. They are large enough to be caught in the wind but have a hole to tie them in place. However, they don't come with a fixture to hold them in place.
