Purchased in April 2019, they died in March 2020. Unfortunately, it seems the decision to buy an updated one might have been a mistake. They lasted at least a year but I expected much better quality from a headset at this price point. Good qualities: - Sound quality was good - Once set up they worked quickly with no real issues - Mic mute on headset is good - Volume mixer didn't cause me any problems, it was smooth to adjust both volume and balance of the chat/ Game Sounds - Good holds the signal even when I move to other rooms in my house. Bad things: - Charging port. This is a micro USB cable, but it doesn't stick to the plastic of the case. That's why mine died. The plug-in audio option isn't passive audio and microphone, so you still need to charge it to be useful. The pluggable wireless adapter has no volume control. or choice.
