This is a smart design. a little in each jar and use a lot less. It also features a rounded palm rest that makes soaking that much more comfortable and also makes spilling harder. Underneath is another container into which you can pour hot water. I have no idea if heating the acetone makes a difference or not. The soaking trays also come with a couple of gel polish remover nail tools. I have better ones for regular use but it's nice to have a spare. Nice little set and great addition to my manicure at home.
