I was looking for a small holiday cake pan that would comfortably accommodate two people and I found it in these 7 inch cake pans. This is a scaled down version of the Pyrex cake pans I grew up with and baked with over the years. This year, especially when we're in self-isolation, it's just too hard for two people to bake a normal cake. These smaller dishes allow the normal pie recipe to be broken in two, one portion being perfect in a baking dish and the other being frozen for later use.
