I installed Scuf Impact ps4 on my controller and it takes a minute at most. Of course, if you have a regular PS4 controller, the installation process is completely different. The product itself looks great, I actually bought 2 sets to swap parts in between but was quite upset when it arrived and there was no short stick. It is advertised as a short and long cane but it is actually a medium and long cane. The "short" joystick is significantly longer than the original PlayStation sticks they replace. Having small hands not only was it a bummer, it really messed them up for me, I got actual Scuf joysticks instead and am happy with them. Function > Appearance! to the locking ring as if the base of the handle was not fully installed, although it was. Rings and everything was fine but they worked fine on the other bar so I didn't modify them. I'm not sure if this was a single issue or a common one, but thought I'd throw it out there.
