Would have been a 5 star rating if they stated in the product description that they are not for Canadian trucks with OEM daytime running lights. American trucks don't have original DRLs, but Canadian ones do, causing a blinking problem when the truck is on and only the position lights are on. It works fine with the headlights on, doesn't blink and there are no problems at all, just with the daytime running lights on. This is because stock truck reflector headlights use low voltage high beams. For DHO. So the power output for these Morimotos needs to be much higher to run DRLs. The only way to fix this is to buy the AlphaOBD app and an OBD2 bluetooth reader and I can convert my truck from Canadian specs to American specs. But with this application you can change all things. For example fault codes, real-time active diagnostics, hidden or LED gauges, tire size, gear ratio, seat belt alarm, key fob programming, etc. Anything a dealer can do, you can do in this app at a fraction of the cost. . I recommend everyone to buy Alpha OBD. All in all a great app, you'll never need a scanner again.
