Jammed blade, no recourse > replacement shipped

***Update*** The day after I posted this review, Fiskars informed me that they had shipped my replacement part. They did more than that, they sent a complete replacement. So I threw the defective one in the trash and hope that the spinning blade of the current one will keep spinning. I upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars, not a perfect score given the issues I had but a definite improvement. ***Original Review*** Like some others who bought and reviewed, the blade dulled after a few months. . Soon even cutting a leaf resulted in tears (pictured). Given the many positive reviews, I couldn't understand why I was one of the few to have had such a different experience, so I researched further. I put a point on the blade and cut again. The dot didn't move - my spinning knife isn't spinning! It looks like the spring coil on the blade axis is either off center or too tight or both, not exactly sure but the blade DOES NOT ROTATE. So why does it dull over time, it's the same part of the blade that's used and because it doesn't rotate it can't sharpen itself. As suggested by some here for those complaining about bad cuts, I went to the Fiskars website and submitted my issue to customer service. I received an automatic reply then nothing. A week has passed, no solution. So now I have a $60 paper. What a waste of money!
