***Update*** The day after I posted this review, Fiskars informed me that they had shipped my replacement part. They did more than that, they sent a complete replacement. I used to have a Fiskar Surecut and I hate the fact that the titanium blade won't even cut copy paper straight after multiple uses. After much research I decided to spend more money to get this paper cutter. I was glad I spent more than my original budget. I've only been using the Fiskars 100580-1002 12" rotary bypass trimmer for a week but have used it several times a day and am still very satisfied. As I have many paper cutters I can compare say this one cuts with excellent precision (I mean DIRECTLY) The footprint is a little larger than I expected but for me the straightness outshines the size of the trump card I also appreciate the self-sharpening blade as the constant buying of spare blades is my main complaint was about the other cutter I…
