I really wanted to wrap an inherited dresser in cedar and this seemed like the best way to go. But let me tell you, it took me many hours to work with this material and I'm a seamstress so I'm pretty used to measuring and cutting things. First, paper rolls: the reviewer who suggested rolling it in the opposite direction was right. But I had to turn it upside down and leave it like that for a few days; The reviews about paper roll stubbornness are correct (remember that using a steam iron, as another reviewer suggested, would have worked too). Then the material itself has all the disadvantages of wood without its advantages. It's too inflexible to conform to any surface curve (one of the reasons the curl is so hard to smooth out once it's on paper); but unlike wood, it is brittle and breaks very easily. So you need to measure and cut a piece for each side of the drawer you want to line up, just as accurately as if you were lining the drawer with solid wood. I also spent quite a bit of time gluing paper to the sides and bottom of the drawers: I used glue, more glue, then more glue, more glue. I'm happy with the results; but it took MUCH more work and time than I expected.
