Great inexpensive laptop BUT slow if you're used to typing fast on a Mac

I used to have a Mac laptop and an iPad, and the iMac needed the laptop to write while I recovered from surgery. Bought it as a temporary solution. It's a really good computer and for the price it's great for students. If you're used to fast typing on a Mac, you'll find that this is different. Most actions involve two important steps. For some unknown reason, I find that when I type fast, the cursor moves up and I have to stop and move it. May be user error.
