VERY FUNCTIONAL in my review
I like very light running shoes; They used to have Five Fingers but they weren't my size so I tried Whitin. I am pleasantly satisfied.
Pros
- Helps prevent common running injuries like plantar fasciitis and shin splints.
Cons
- Shoes may require a longer break-in period than other shoes.
