Not as good as the original
They work well, but don't expect them to look "like new". The small knobs do not have a white painted recess for leveling the display. Instead, they've just raised the bar so it's not that easy to see where you're fitting. Luckily I only needed one grip that wasn't in my truck when I bought it. I like things that look and work like the originals. They aren't, but they work and fit.
