It is flexible and can be customized to fit our needs. The support team is fantastic. They are quick to respond and help quickly resolve issues. It is very expensive for what it offers. We have had challenges getting data back out of the container so that we can use it elsewhere. I wish there were better tools for monitoring these containers. There were some major outages with the platform and we didn't know how many people were impacted until a couple days later when they released more information. This was a new system and they needed to make sure everyone was transitioned over smoothly. We used it to move the server images from one hosting provider to another without having to worry about losing all the configurations that we could not transfer.
