I'm a big fan of silicone cases for my iPads. It suits the way I use it when driving around my house, hotel room, etc. It is essential for fall protection and extra support. I don't take it outside or to random places that require the protection of a hard case. So I looked for a silicone case and settled on the Poetic TurtleSkin. It has a pretty cool look, lots of silicone for protection, and a comfortable design. It is well designed so that none of the buttons or functions are blocked. I once had a silicone case that fit all the way to the screen and you couldn't wipe off the edge without prying the silicone open. Thoughtfulness. In this case, not only holes for the speakers are cut out. There is a small chamber and a channel that transmits the sound waves. They say it amplifies the sound. I suppose sound waves coming straight at you make it sound a little louder. Although it seems to me that there is a slight damping effect in the frequency domain. A nice addition is the included stand. It works. But it's a bit weak and can be knocked out of setting by touching the iPad. I think they need to make it a little stronger. The only thing that really bothers me is that the silicone on the front is too thick. He shouldn't be that fat. But it really just spoils the optics, so no real damage. I like this cover very much. And for this great price I am very satisfied.
