I love the simple design of this toilet roll holder. Nothing fancy, just a clean, simple design that offers good functionality in terms of both paper handling and spare roll storage. The base is decently weighted to stay in place. Unfortunately, the build quality is lower than expected. Considering the price, I wasn't expecting super high quality, but it's not even up to the average level of quality. It's poorly packaged, with limited padding. The base and one of the pillars had significant scratches from parts hitting each other. It was not about the delivery, but about the manufacturer's inattention to ensure the safety of parts. The finish on non-scratched parts is also a little below average, with obvious machining marks. The pillars are hollow and the metal is thin. Assembly is easy. While there is no written instruction, there is a scheme. Even without a diagram, it's pretty easy to figure out how to put it together. A screwdriver is required for assembly. The long pole (the one that holds the open roll of toilet paper) has two parts that are bolted together. However, the screw insert was not properly centered on a rod, so the connection between the two sections is clearly visible. The mismatch also causes the top post to tilt slightly, further highlighting the poor connection between the two sections. These issues don't interfere with use, but they do make the holder look even cheaper. Although I really like the design and didn't expect top quality for the price, my rating is 3 stars (medium). It's not bad, but it's not what I would recommend either.
