Great tool with excellent customer service
The software is very easy to use and it has a great interface. It's also very intuitive so there aren't too many things to learn about it. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. There are some features that could be improved like the ability to send an email without having to log in first. But overall, this is a great product. We have been able to create html templates for our clients without needing to hire someone to do it for us. Also, we can test the templates before sending them out to make sure they look right.
Pros
- If your looking into creating HTML templated emails within Microsoft Word with images included its wonderful! In just minutes I was making template designs ready from my word documents using pilotmial as opposed taking hours designing through Gimp etc..and learning how all those tools work together when actually trying yo add multiple layers (paints)
