Dissatisfied.

I did not receive what was in the photo. The nose side had no groove cut, not the conical side, and is completely flat. Nothing happens when you squeeze a wire. You must manually bend the wire around the stepped conical side. My regular pliers do that. More trouble than worth sending back. live and learn Once never again a customer.
