I bought these nose bones because I was having trouble with my new piercing which was L shaped stainless steel and was really irritating the inside of my nose. Now I have an even bigger problem. The bone of the smaller gem is not long enough to reach the other side of the piercing. A big pearl clings to everything. I even knocked him out with my glasses. It has accidentally come out so many times that I have severe irritation that I have never had before, even with previous piercings. Never had any problems with the o-rings. I would like to replace it with something else.
