May 09, 2020I really liked my new laptop but now I'm afraid I've burned myself - the biggest and most important purchase I've ever made I deserve money as a computer all my life, so I will have serious problems if this device fails. sat on their shelves until the warranty expired. And now my "Product Support Window" is closed - the date listed is April 26, 2020. The timing of this is really scary as I was having trouble getting the machine to boot last week. More and more often I see nothing but a gray screen and possibly a cursor, but nothing I do brings up the login screen. So far the login screen eventually comes back after closing everything for different periods of time (including night) but I don't know how to solve this and I'm horrified that sooner or later this state will become permanent. I've had the device long enough to download all my old documents, pictures, music, important information and add a lot of new data that wasn't duplicated on my old laptop that I still can't use because the keyboard is shot through. I am distraught and so frustrated because I have had many pre-purchase discussions with Revain representatives about this purchase and have been repeatedly assured that yes there is a guarantee and that Revain will stand behind this product. Apparently, this only applied for 30 days immediately after the sale. What can I do now?
