Just bought this because I had a neck problem and after a few hours of charging it works great. Although the remote control is a pain. The battery was dead so I had to open the back, pain., pull out the dead battery and unfortunately I put the back back on (without glasses) and now I can't open the back again because it's upside down, and i think blocked forever. It would be nice to have a remote control but I think that won't be possible at the moment as I've tried everything to get it out to no avail. Otherwise the massager works great, I am satisfied with this purchase and recommend it.
