Excellent product, excellent customer service!

I love the collar itself, the engraving is easy to read and I feel safe knowing that my dog has the information she needs right on her collar without the sound of a jangling tag or the risk of it getting stuck in something! The customer service here is also fantastic. I had an issue with some unraveling over the metal and the seller responded immediately and issued a replacement! I will continue to get all of my dog’s collars here!
