Wonderful! MUST BUY! :)
I wanted to find a nice backpack for my daughter and she fell in love with it straight away. We bought it and just WOW! Amazing quality, wonderful textures and cute design! I was about to throw away the box it came in when I found paper with a rose design on it. I opened it up and it was a handwritten "thank you" in gold, with a nice, persuasive "give me feedback" on the opposite page. So I decided to follow the guide. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ;)
