Almost perfect for basic garage lighting 20 x 25
My rental home has an 20 x 25 garage with a 10 foot ceiling. In the middle is a socket for a 100W light bulb. A 100 watt incandescent bulb didn't light the room well. The garage also has two light bulbs in the garage door openers. Based on the reviews I was concerned that it might be too bright. I was impressed with the near-perfect amount of light this bulb puts out in this work area. My workbench is in the corner and my 61-year-old eyes need a work light in addition to the main bulb. This corn bulb is just about perfect for illuminating the main room without adding a few points of light from the main light.
