Pillowcase is true to size and well packaged, no damage. It was in a different box with other items so I don't know how it is individually boxed. It was very white, with no flaws or defects, although it will definitely need ironing before use as it has been folded several times and the creases are deep. I didn't have the exact dimensions of the pillow to test it normally, but the pillow I used fit well with enough room and I could tell the right size pillow would fit without any issues. The fabric is machine washable and while I haven't done so yet I will update my review if anything comes of this. The embroidered word "Thank you" is made very neatly and elegantly, and it will be a good gift for almost any occasion. I would recommend this product and will probably gift it more often if it's well received. I took 1 star because I didn't have a choice of moods as options like "Congratulations" or "Get well soon" and others would be nice.
