I like their easy to use platform of creating schedules/reports etc. Also has some good features such as allowing multiple users in one account (which also allows them to have separate accounts). Their support does not seem very proactive nor do they offer any sort of training or tutorials. The whole thing feels too much work at times when just trying to make an appointment book look decent which takes 10 minutes once done but having all these other things makes it feel more daunting than necessary sometimes. We were looking into different platforms before HoneyBee came along so we had experience using others such as Asana & Basecamp. It was great to be able compare how each worked compared to what we needed from a HR standpoint.
