Review on 🔑 Haute Decor Attract Magnetic Wreath Hanger - 2 Pack in Antique Brass by Edward Taylor

I haven't had them for a long time but the return period is already over... I have one on the front door and one on the back door; both are holding the wreath you see in the picture which probably only weighs a few pounds... I noticed the other day that the wreath on my front door has started falling off and it looks like it's because of the glue is (which is keeps some kind of protective film on the back of the magnet) is melting from the hot sun...now I have a sticky coating on the door and on the back of the magnet and also seem to have deformed some of the leaves on my wreath. My front door is exposed to the sun and gets very hot during the day (while my tailgate is fairly shaded and never in direct sunlight) so this is something that can't be controlled in my situation, but a little protective foil... I see , it's probably to protect the door, but I'd prefer just a magnetic backing. It just seems like more effort than worth getting rid of the sticky residue from the back of the magnet so I am very disappointed with this and the need to look elsewhere for another magnet. I don't want to put another one on my front door on the assumption that the same thing will happen. But I have to say... the magnets are very, very strong and otherwise of good quality. The top coat seems to be holding up well too. Hope that helps.
