I am very happy with my purchase. It works exactly as described and does what I need it to do. It's versatile, so you can use it to support pretty much anything you want. It has a solid construction and appears to be made of quality materials. There's nothing loose on it, including the rubber pads that keep it from sliding across a table or other surface you put it on without damaging it. The reason I removed one star from the rating is because there are a few things that I would have liked to have done differently. This is not necessarily due to the product itself, but to my fussiness. I wish it had more adjustment positions, specifically a slightly smaller angle so it sits a little lower than the table when using my laptop. If it were lower, it would simply provide a more ergonomic typing position/angle for the wrist. My wrists still hurt after typing a bit, but a smaller angle would be much better. It's still more convenient than having the laptop on the table. Another improvement I'd like to see is a built-in or attachable pad for your wrists. I could buy a separate one and put it on the front but it would be a cool and handy addition to this product if it was a part of it. Hang on the lip/shelf that the laptop is resting on to keep it from sliding off at an angle. In order to fully close the laptop or open it from its fully closed position, I have to move it up the slope a bit to give it clearance. It's just a combination of gravity, physics, geometry, the type of laptop I have, and the fact that the shelf/ledge that supports the item also has protective rubber grips. Overall I think this is a great product and I use it daily. This makes the viewing and typing angles on my laptop much better. It's very affordable and convenient, and it's exactly what I need.
