I like that it is very easy to use, once you've signed up for an account with them they are responsive! You can easily search through your events history or create new ones by clicking 'new event'. It's not as user-friendly but this does have its advantages where more people will be able to access their calendars from different locations/phones etc., making appointments easier than having everyone meet in one place physically.- Easy scheduling / reminders - great customer service when support tickets aren't answered immediately & if something goes wrong just emailing someone straight away makes things super quick! If multiple attendees need viewing then there needs to be some way so we don’t get duplicate entries into our system. Having all staff members using Vistimania would help solve that issue too though unfortunately due to budget constraints currently only 1 person uses Vistsynergy at work.
