Easy to use compared to other types of label printers with QWERTY keyboard.

I liked the size of the machine and the print quality. What I didn't like was the lack of font size options. It works just as well as expected and better than the negative reviews I read before purchasing. The instructions could be easier to read and follow. They were written as if the author did not speak English. The tape cutter could be reconfigured and possibly turned into an automated function instead of a manual "tear off".
