This air vent phone holder is well made and well thought out. It mounts to an air vent but has a "leg" at the bottom that carries the phone's weight down and back onto the dashboard. Your phone just slides right into the mount and you're done. There are two jaw settings that clamp onto the bleed plate itself. The jaws on mine didn't meet at a right angle, so there was a bigger gap at the end of the jaws than on the bracket itself. This caused an issue on my Mazda CX-5 where the bracket didn't fully capture the air vent and after a few fell out. I fixed this by simply wrapping about 6 inches of tape around the lower jaw to give the bleed blade a tighter fit. This worked great and the mount no longer works. Nevertheless, I give this review 4 stars because the mount is very well made and works with a small slight modification. I've tried many phone mounts over the years and this is the best that works really well.
