Thoughtful replacement.
The kit I received included a tool that made it easy to swap out the two wires. They require the entire back (bottom) of the drum kit to be removed in order to swap out the wires. The cords need to be routed through the dish racks, but once the cords are routed through the tubes, all that's left is to plug the two cords into the outlet and reinsert. They worked like new afterwards, we were glad to find them as drums and parts are becoming harder and harder to find these days. Works great and I'm sure we'll have it with these cables for a few years to come.
