If you skip correctly installing the battery case, which is easy to do, you could end up like us with an overheated product that poses a serious fire hazard. I use it for 5 minutes and then turn it off and leave it on a soft couch. After 10 minutes I accidentally picked it up again and it was red hot. The internal mechanism melted. I shudder to think what would have happened to my house if I had left it on the couch for much longer. This product must be fault tolerant. I would give zero stars if I could. Now I have to call the four other people I gave it to to warn them of the danger.
