Review on Hot Rods CBK0087 Bottom End by Antonio Santiago

Great kit for the price. I believe the crank and most of the bearings are made in Tiawan. It's not that bad considering what's coming out of China right now. Tiawan's QC seems to be much better. the connecting rod made in usa is printed on it. Measured runout on this crank was about 0.0005 inches, which is excellent considering the manufacturer's 0.002 inch tolerance. I didn't expect that, great! the gasket kit was a vertex that came with my kit and the gaskets were sfk, everything is high quality. I was delighted to see it. The only problem I had was with some 0 rings. those for the oil system did not match exactly. I ended up using a lot of my old ones as they were still good. Maybe next time you should consider buying original o-rings for all oil systems. great kit. I assume it will last a long time. Brilliant!
