Massage relieves pain and swelling
To put it on both legs you need to move a little. I like that I can control the intensity. After using it, my feet were less swollen and sore. I am a doctor and consider this product to be an affordable version of a product I have ordered for patients in the past. I don't have any major issues but it's great after a long walk or workout.
