Just to clarify, these socks don't have a steel toe cap. I don't like her very much. Although the yarn is thicker than usual, the knitting is very loose. I washed them before wearing them for the first time but they are still very large and fluffy. I'm 11 feet so they shouldn't be that loose. These socks have no compression support for the arch of the foot. They feel like loose diabetic socks you can afford. These socks have one benefit: They're made from a cotton blend, which I like because it's cooler and wicks moisture better than bamboo or nylon. If your height is 12-13 feet they may fit well and can be worn with boots. Otherwise you can find these socks at Walmart, probably cheaper.
