REMOTE NOT SYNCING WITH WHALE

Worked for a day. Now the light is on the whale but the remote will not sync to whale. No sync, no working whale.Is there a reset mode to press buttons together or remove batteries and it will resync and work?If not, then this isn’t worth the purchase.
