I do insurance inspections that require photos of roofs. When trying to build 30-50 houses per day it is not possible to use the ladder to get on the roof. These sticks lengthen quickly and distant pairs are almost always flawless. This is MUCH better than trying to set the timer, snap a picture, lower the camera, set the timer again and repeat 5 times. You simply attach the camera to the roofline and click away! It folds compactly and opens quickly. Indispensable for the insurance check. I connected it to the Manfrotto cell phone holder. That's a lot better than the included phone holder. As for durability, we'll see. I built 300 houses in two weeks while traveling and so far so good.
