This pillow is very soft and its contoured shape makes it very comfortable. That's the perfect height for my foot. I am recovering from foot surgery and I have multiple needles in my ankle. I used pillows that didn't hold their shape and slipped. This pillow stays in place and has a comfortable handle to pull it closer to me. This is a great purchase when you need to rest your feet to reduce swelling.
