This is the exact same blade as my Toyota OEM blade so appears to be genuine. Replacing the blade is easy, but it's not immediately clear how to do it. I have a 2012 Highlander and had to remove the small plastic plug at the base of the arm before pulling the blade out the window. The cap prevents you from pulling it out far enough to remove the blade. Once it's away from the window, simply tilt the blade until it comes out.
