I placed an order for oil on June 29th, 2020, and picked up halva at the post office (difficulties arose, as they did not send me an SMS code, which resulted in me being unable to pick up the order for an hour). When I finally had the box in my hands, it was soiled with grease. When I called the toll-free number, they promised me a discount of $500 off a purchase of $1,500, but I did not receive the voucher. When I called the customer service line a second time, they informed me that no one had sent me a coupon (just extremely good) and promised to send me a new one. Outcome: and since I did not receive anything the second time I called, I am not likely to place an order from this company again. And nobody should follow my advice. P.S. I placed an order for another liter of oil on the same day, but I still haven't received it; they continue to move delivery times every day.
