Review on Playpen Playard Activity Anti Slip Breathable Kids' Home Store best: Nursery Furniture by Amanda Dolan

In fact, it would make a great ball pit.

This playpen looks pretty solid - the support posts are aluminum, only the connectors between the posts are plastic. The result is a strong structure that seems able to withstand a lot of abuse. I don't worry at all that my kid can take it off. The downside is that assembly is a bit difficult and time consuming. There is very little flexibility between the fabric and the length of the frame, making some pole connections difficult to make. The final connections are extremely difficult to make - it took a lot of effort to install the final bar in place. It also makes it difficult to take apart - this playpen is great if you have it, but you probably don't want to move it often. There is no mattress included so you will need foam. Mats to make sitting softer and more comfortable. Size is both good and bad. It's small and compact, making it easy to pick up and move around without having to take it apart, yet it's the smallest playpen we have. It's good for a kid to play there, but it's difficult for me to play there with her. We have a similar playpen but it's bigger and I can lean against the wall just fine. When I lean against it, the other side of the handle jumps in the air. That at least makes it a good pen for their toys. Finally, the zipper on the door is too tight. We leave it open most of the time, but when it's closed it feels like it's pulling too hard on the fabric holding it together.

Pros
  • I always liked it
Cons
  • I won't say anything
