These socks are easy to put on, comfortable and seem to help my feet. I have problems with posterior tibial tendonitis, peripheral neuropathy and recently fractured my leg. My physical therapist gave me a compression tube that seemed to help, so I decided to try something more permanent. I chose beige to make it look more natural when wearing knee length capris. At the moment it also serves as a good liner for my air-formed boots. I wear a women's 11.5 or men's 10. I'm 5ft 7in, 147lbs and wear a size 12. I'm L/XL to fit the shoe. A little loose in the toes as my feet are narrow and they reach slightly to my knees but I think it's the right size for me. Update: I've ordered 3 more pairs in beige and decided to try the prints. Although the compression should be the same, the printouts are denser. They also leave marks on my legs because there are a lot of threads sticking out when weaving the print into the fabric. I do not recommend printing.
