While the item itself has more than met my expectations, my experience at the store has left me feeling less than satisfied. Pros: I couldn't be happier with my buy. Fantastic aide in the cleaning process. It does not make a lot of noise, it has a number of different nozzles, and most notably motorized brushes, which collect all of the dust and debris, and I use it nearly exclusively on the lowest setting, which is plenty. Having certain negative aspects There is not a holder in the package that can accommodate all six of the nozzles, nor can it provide assistance. The most significant shortcoming is not inherent to the vacuum cleaner itself, but rather to the retail establishment from where I purchased it, specifically Eddorado. I drove directly to him, and once I reached at the store, the salesperson persisted in discouraging me from purchasing a Dyson and encouraging me instead to purchase an LG. No one wanted to recharge their Dyson for the certification process, and we could not locate a box that had a full set. All of the Dysons were empty. I visited a another Amazon, where another vendor similarly adamantly tried to dissuade customers from making the purchase and sold redmond! I have come to purchase a DYSON! The vacuum cleaner was only available in one copy, just like it was in the initial store, and it was likewise returned. I only just managed to talk myself into putting it on the charging mode. The sellers then split the proceeds of the sale with me for a considerable amount of time))) By the way, the store is located in St. Petersburg.
