The title says it all (I seem to sweat a lot less if at all with the original styrofoam) but I gave it 5 stars as I still think it will , what he says. will be for others. All I can say is that it's skin friendly, it clearly prevents sweat from getting into the foam and it's easy to clean. You won't find anything better for $13.
